Our Fees

L&S Newborn Care and Beyond offers professional, affordable placement services tailored to meet your family’s unique needs. As a boutique agency based in Southern California, we pride ourselves on providing trusted, personalized care.

Ask about our special introductory fees for the South Bay

Full-Time Nanny Placement (40+ hours/week)

  • New Clients: 15% of the nanny’s annual gross salary

  • Returning Clients: 6% of the nanny’s annual gross salary

 

Part-Time Nanny Placement (Under 40 hours/week)

  • New Clients: 15% of the nanny’s annual gross salary

  • Returning Clients: 8% of the nanny’s annual gross salary

 

Weekend or Daily Nanny Placement

  • Our daily referral fee is $75 minimum, or 25% of the nanny's total daily wages, whichever is greater.

 

Newborn Care Specialist (NCS) Placement

  • 15% of the total contract value
    (Based on agreed hourly rate and number of weeks/hours)

 

Registration Fee

  • $150 non-refundable registration fee
    This covers your initial consultation and allows us to start sourcing candidates tailored to your family.

 

Payment Terms

  • A 20% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of signing the contract.

  • The remaining balance is due on or before the NCS'/nanny’s first day of work.

 

Replacement Guarantee

We offer a 30-day replacement guarantee for all full-time and part-time permanent placements. If it’s not the right fit, we’ll work quickly to find a suitable replacement at no additional cost.

L&S Scholarship Program

We're proud to support the community that inspires us. Each month, L&S Newborn Care and Beyond awards a scholarship - funded through the fees we collect - to a qualified team caregiver pursuing advanced education in childcare or newborn care. This program reflects our shared commitment to growth and excellence.
